im doing the chain tensioers on the v-6 GV. every1 in my area is on a factory backorder on the gaskets to do this job.anhy1 know where these gaskets might be in stock? are there aftermarket sizuki places?

Hey hey 2Stroke!

The only gaskets you REALLY need are (maybe) the valve cover gaskets. Everything else is done with RTV.

I finished the job last weekend. My wife's GV is purring like a kitten! The "master rebuild gasket set" had NONE of the gaskets/o-rings I could have replaced, except the valve cover gaskets. I just kept all the old stuff. In the mean time, I've got a bunch of gaskets I didn't need - exhaust manifold, head gaskets, etc...
