I know that this all boils down to what you really want , but I am wondering what the value of a 1999 f-450 is worth. It is an xlt fully loaded with all the goodies, flat bed (no dump) , 44,000 miles,appears to be very well taken care of, good tires.The reason I ask is I cant find anything in the NADA, KBB,ect. for the 450's:D

i was looking at them when i was shopping.. something like you are describing was going for around 23k asking price...

No F-450's here, but something like that would probably sell for 19-25 here, depending on make and options.

You might want to price some of the light duty International and Freightliner baby trucks.
More bang for the buck, and often less buck.

Why don't you look at '87-'98 F450's? They can often be found for very reasonable prices.

try traderonline.com and give it a go there, talked with a local commerical truck dealer, and he basically said there is not a book for used commerical, just see what going rate is on traderonline.:)
