I recently purchase an Isuzu 3.1 TD (4JG2) who sat in an Opel Campo 95th I plan to use the engine in another car but can not find a wiring diagram ....

Does anyone have or know where I can find on it?

Is it an ECU on them engines?

4JG2 came in two versions, earlier ones with a mechanical injector pump, the later ones with an electronic controlled injector pump and has an ecu. If the throttle cable goes to the injector pump then it is an older mechanical one. If the throttle cable goes to the top of the engine and has a throttle position sensor it is a later electronic one. The one I used to own was electronic.

Post up some picture of the Opal and which engine. Is it a manual or auto? PM me an email address and I'll send you the correct wiring diagrams.

Then it is the older I have :shaking: It is a manual.

Are there any other transmissions that fit the rules engines? Read the Opel Omega and BMW use the same automatic transmission. But bolt circle might not be correct?

I would like to have hold of an automatic transmission for my 3.1 TD and if I got this right, they are equal transmission of the Opel Omega. Would it be able to fit directly on or are there any other Alternative?
