Those cage pics are of Andy Zuber's rig; he owns Carolina Rock Shop. His rig sports custom armor, Waggy D44/ AMC20, 4.56s, locked f/r, extended wheel base, 37" MT/Rs, internal cage, XD9000i and a ton of other crap I'm forgetting to mention.:D

What are you guys talking about?
What pictures are you looking at?
I am lost?
As of right now I do not have a cage, I only have 100" of tube on the floor and a tube bender waiting for me to get started.
Please enlighten me on what you are looking at.

Oh ok.
I see now.

I still have no idea what " JS-Economos" is talking about.
The cage pics I have are of Lynn's cherokee at http://www.fourwheelingofraleigh.com
and a few other folks but not Andy's.

Oh the CJ build up is Russ, he also works at Lynn's shop.

I have most of the pics and build up pics because I am getting ready to start building a new website.
http://www.custom4x4.com

Will be finished soon.

Yes I have a JD2 bender.

I'm planning to do a full-interior cage; if I roll it, the top comes off via EasyXJ aka: 1TonXJ style.:D :D

For me, Welding sunburn + trail sun burn through your shirt sounds like no fun...

AC, and under the shadey roof, with an EXO! yes please...

JS-Economos,

My fault Ken, I thought these shots were of Andy's cage.

Oh that cage is Russ's when he had his red cherokee.
He got rid of the cherokee to build this:

I have to also agree with "ashmanjeepXJ"
I am an exo man.
I like the way they look and I like to have a full roof for the family to be in comfort on the trails while still out riding with all the rest on the tough trails.

I am also a EXO man. My Jeep is a limited and it is nice to have the power leather, AC, and all the room in the world for me, old ladie and the famous spotting lab. (Shy is her name) If a EXO is built proper it will be just fine and not so much damn weight to a already heavy rig. Mines at 4700lbs. I could not emagine any more.

Yeah Nick, but you haven't tested it yet?! I need to see that 4700 lbs on top of the cage soon. You gotta catch up. :flipoff2:
Personally my opinion of exo's is summed up by someone else's ripped off statement: "Tonight on FOX, when tube benders ATTACK!" :D

How many ft of tube do you think you used?

About 2lbs a foot I think for the 1.75 120...

There is 250 foot of stick. Mix between 1.5, 1.75, 1" DOM. It's heavy but it works.
Slagburn: It has been tested just not on it's lid yet.:flipoff2:
