I've had this one for 13 years. It had a top and was strait as an arrow until T-day 2000. We're gonna retire it and build an '85 4Runner next year. We'll see if we can't kick some jeep ass in the CRCA series this coming year as a last hurrah before we part the old beast.
It's old school tech. but kicks ass. (15 years of wheelin' experiance in a p/up doesn't hurt)

Where are you from Lil Uzi? Your location says Sac.? Soup Bowl is on the Con about 4 miles into the trail from Loon just before Little Sluice. Have you heard of the Rubicon? :flipoff2:
Just messing with you newbie! :D The Soup Bowl is a fun techy section that you can test your rigs ability and your driving skills.

Thanks BUDBUILT :D You have a rear-steer Toy axle? I dunno how I didn't find out about that before on the Toy forum (where this post *should* be :flipoff2:) jigga.
How is that holding up, and was it worth all of the trouble? I see what looks like the shiny reflection of a closed knuckle factory setup... so I guess you didn't pop dana knuckles on it?
4 Longfields?

One front, one rear. The front end is down. Look at the axle above. Drums and no knuckles;)
Lil Uzi 11-29-2002, 05:39 PM Roc Dog. I actually have Toyota parts in my Isuzu. An axle at least. ;) I ran the Con 1st time this September. Went into Spider after dark. I don't recall the particulars, just that I went up and down some steep shiat, that goes bump in the dark :D Ergo, I must have gone thru the Soup bowl, but didn't know it at the time. I know we bypassed the Sluice............ We even had a Toyota with us, he got thru with less dents than I........ But he by passed the "Isuzu Bypass" True sluice........ I sweated out 8 pounds in three days. No beer and a lot of terror ..... I live out by the Arco Arena.............. Fordyce, Eagle Lakes road actually, is 78 minutes from my front door. No pix/links for here but I have one of two BTS Amigos in the area with a Toy axle and lockers ....the other one has a Ford 5.0 HO and a much better driver :D :D :D
