Well...I gave up on trying to sell a on board shower kit. So, I decided to show everyone what I did find and may save somebody time and money. This exchange is something I have never seen used for shower purposes. It is a tube in tube design. Its called a coaxial coil and is used in commercial refrigerators. This is the 1/2 ton version. Show the picture to anyone in refrigeration supply and they should be able to help you. This one is probably to large because it is a bit too hot. It cost $56.00. It plus a pump and some lines and you have a hot water system. It took 40 degree water to 120 and could run endlessly....even with the truck not fully warmed up. They make a smaller one for $30.00. Good for the eb only because it sits well on the driver's side fender nicely. See pics...

I decided selling it was too much of a legal risk and found out the Rubicon Express attempted to sell one. Two things happened...R&M Specialties sent there lawyers after them for patent violations and R.E.'s own lawyers strong suggested they not sell it.

I can see them after I leave and come back...Strange. I will try again.

Grunchy...Can I post them somewhere in PBB and then link them...or do I have to post them externally and then link? I have been posting them to my webstite, but I am be out of megs...

That should do it...Let me know if it doesn't.

All ypu need is abypass valve to regulate the water temp. Just install a .5" valve at the inlet water to exchanger . Run a new line from the valve to the outlet of the exchanger. This will let cold water mix with the hot . Just like a water foset at home . You may have to fiddle with it a couple of times to get it set . This would eliminate your tocold to hot prob . Most of the time these exchangers are in ice machines . You can get them smaller . Even a drinking fountan would work . Or 1&1/8" copper pipe , with a 1/2" copper pipe inside it .

Yes . If you are not using it for an auto trans . Or are you talking about the bypass .
