Smogpump???? No, it's not made to pump much pressure...just volume. Don't waste yer time, the AC compressor works fine, but won't last forever due to lack of lube.

If you put an in line oiler on the suction side, the AC compressor is fine. And can't cool itself  how'd you come up with that one ?

Do a search on York compressors. If you get the right one it puts out a ton of air and is self lubricating. You can find them in junk yards pretty easy as well. You would just need to buy or build a bracket.

Keep the oiler from going dry and it will run for a looooong time.

Budbuilt is supposed to be coming out with a bracket for the YORK soon for the 22RE. Thats what I am waiting on, tons of air and self lubricating. And plenty of spares hanging around the junkyard.
