Yes, i've seen that but unfortunately..... 80-90% are 1st gen troopers or trooper II's not the 2nd gen troopers 98 and up. I want people to post 98's and up only for inspiration.

Thanks anyways though....

Ah, and here I was going to post up my 93 for ya, but if you want 98+ all I have is a few pics of my old 99 Trooper:

Lions Back in Moab

Elephant Hill in Canyonlands National Park:

More Elephant Hill:

Gold Bar Rim, Moab:

Not a lot for mods for the 99, OME 912 rear coils, 265/75 tires, DOR tie rod shieldz, ECB nudge bar...that was about it. It got totaled in 2004.

My 93 has a lot more in the way of mods is you are interested:

BigSwede love the shot of the trooper on Gold Bar Rim. I own a photography company in the NW and hopefully when I get out this summer I'm going to have some great pics for you guys. I'm curious why you went with a 93' vs another 2nd gen? (Don't get me wrong my buddy has a 1 gen and I was looking at getting that before I got a killer deal on my 2nd gen I have now)

93 is a 2nd gen...Isuzu went to the more rounded body style in 92. Some folks call 98+ 3rd gen, but most don't because the only significant difference between 92-97 and 98+ is the motor and the TOD transfer case. Everything else is basically the same, aside from cosmetic details.

The main reason I ended up with a 93 is I wanted a short wheelbase, and the RS Troopers (SWB 2-door) were only imported into the US in 93 (and a handful in 94 and 95).

Here is a better view of the short wheelbase:

Well, after having the Vehicross for a few years, the wife decided she needed a trail rig as well. Joe Darlington was hoarding an RS that hadn't moved on its own power in years.
We have had this baby since Oct10.

Depends how big your tires are and how aggressively you will be using them. CV joints are stronger at shallower angles, so the diff drop does help their strength, hard to say if you will need it or not.
