I dont think he's a spammer. Click the link at the bottom of that page and it goes to a bunch of pics of the pump swap, although I(and 95% of pirate) can't understand the text.

4 out of 5 goats agree that French, member-only photo sites inaccessible to the viewing public need some correction if there's help to be had.

the page is not ok..:shaking: it goes to main page and not to the place y want. the guy took a nylon piece of the pump and add a little turbo pressure and said it will increase power in 15hp.. but this piece must be there for something..:D

Performed mod on two Mit Pajeros with over 170K KM and still runing w/o any fault.

This mod will increase the amount of fuel by removing a plastic limiter (nylon ring), when suction depressure tries to correct rack position, based on demand = more travel to the rack.
Do not forget to half turn the top of the rack otherwise you will have black smoke due to too much fuel, which will end up killing your turbo and shorthening engine life as too much unburnt diesel washes up liners.

By tampering the waste gate you will raise turbocharger pressure, allowing more "air to flow" into the engine. Do not go over 1.2 bar otherwise you'll start to experience leaks and premature wear along with turbo failures.

If you keep the fuel/air ratio within acceptable (w/o black smoke), no arm will be done to the engine.

This mod has no influence on fuel injection pump lifetime.

If EGR (on engines fitted with EGR) is supressed by fitting a blanking gasket, more "clean" air will enter into the engine, allowing you to "add" more fuel. 2-3HP increase.

4D56 engine takes a power increase up to 30-35% (w/o changing the "iron"), so 15% is a piece of cake.
