We are proud to offer our NEW 2 PART INTERNAL BEADLOCK WHEELS in 15x10.5 and 17x9.5 inch (WE ARE NOW ABLE TO MAKE ANY WIDTH AT A LITTLE ADDITIONAL COST) in any lug pattern and hub centric.
These will be made one set at a time they will be offered in most any offset we will also be making the outer in any design as we have with our Beadlocks.
The outer shell is made of 10 gauge steel (not the cheap shells They will take a big hit) our centers are made of 2 X 1/4 steel plate
we will also be including hardware
We will also be including a special rear plate that will consist of either a additional 1/4, 5/16 or 3/8 plate welded to the inner plate if required for brake caliper clearance (longer wheel studs may be required and not supplied)
They will be powder coated in almost any color or color combo you wish.
The outer will be machined for the lug nut and finished the inner shell is machined for a O ring that is included ( where applicables or may be subsituted for other sealing meens) also the inner beadlock is a steal cage (pattent pending) pvc tube or rubber insert that will hold the tire in place.
These are all made in house from the centers to the machine welding even the powder coating so our LEAD TIME IS ONLY 2 WEEKS at the moment please see the pics below

2 weeks extra on 16.5 so 3 weeks from the day you order and i can do 9 or 10 inch wide and any offset you want but i dont think i would do more than 2 inch backspace

we are using a pvc tube at the moment but have been testing a inner steel liner so we dont have to worry about it breaking or cracking from abuse or freezing pm sent thanks

I'll be hitting you up in the near future for an order, but I have some odd ball things to figure out first. But before I go too far, would you be able to turn out a hub piloted rim with inner and outer rock rings, that could be standard or reverse mounted(like dually rims)?

chrome powder coat and around i would say 35 to 40 per wheel

17x9 i do for $850 a set of 4 price is going up to $1000 on the first and the 20x9 run $1700 these shells i have to outsorce and have shipped to me

these may be the nicest 2 part wheels i have done yet they have the improved seal grove and inner cages and when a customer calls telling me he wants a set i can do anything i want this would be it i think they are awsome notice the front is cut just a bit larger than the back allowing you to see the black
