Well, I have an '87 chevy shorty, and I have an '80 cj7.
I got myself thinking over a couple of beers last night, and now I don't know which one I should build.
I have a pile of parts to build something, but i'm not sure now what to build.
I live in Ma and mostly do mud and trails. Streetablility is not an option.
Here is the list of parts i've aquired, and parts I will soon have:
350 SB
TB400
(2) Rockwells
NP205
42" swampers
tube for cage
PTO winch
case of beer
Well..let me know which one you think.....AND WHY !!

I'm hopping to get a 468BB from the race truck if we get the aluminum one we're supposed to.....
THEN....things will be different !!
Things will go a whole different way once that happens !
But, just for all the SB laughs...:flipoff2:

Slightly bias answer but i think that the SBC will perform better in the Jeep with Rockwells, Hack the hell out of the fenders for the 42's. Either way, do some wheeling man!

I just came back from the bar, and WOW... I just had a discussion about dueces that soured me. It seems that dueces are going to make my project "just a chevy lawn tractor". That's not what i'm looking for at all.
Men....I need some input here. Tell me in your own words just what your truck is like with rockwells in them.
