I am putting my 5.0 in the bronco and am to the point and realize that the blocks are different and there isnt a place to bolt the clutch pivot rod(sorry I dont know the real name)to the block. I have seen a special one made for this swap but if I remember correctly it is over a hundred bucks....
is there a cheaper way to get around this? I dont have access to a welder. if anyone knows how to make one, or has one to sell me please let me know.. thanks guys.

edit:
I looked here http://www.wildhorses4x4.com/05.asp and see they have a "EFI clutch equalizer bracket" and it is 19.99.. is this all I need?

They claim it is all you need to swap a later small block into the EB with stock EB clutch linkage. Give them a call, looks right to me.
