TJ Ken 06-23-2011, 11:02 AM Any pics of these as completed buggies?
We haven't received any pics from customers with them completed yet.
One got setup to Roller stage, but was stripped down & resold back to a guy here in Oklahoma. He'll be bringing it back to us to finish it out for him.
I'll have to email some of the other guys to see where they're at on their builds.
One was getting prepped for KOH '11 but he ran out of time.....He should be close by now
TJ Ken 07-13-2011, 12:18 PM Thanks for all the inquiries...Quotes have been pm'd back!
XJCracker 07-15-2011, 10:52 AM Any luck with a pic of a roller or a completed chassis?
mwilken03 07-15-2011, 11:27 AM Whats the round about wheel base for on of these?
crwlnyota 08-02-2011, 05:03 AM bump for you Kenneth - Give him a call or shoot him an email - he is very easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly

54" Wide Chassis can be set around 108-114"
Just about done with this 54" Wide All Tube Version.

We should have some time to make some mockup panels for it before the owner picks it up.
I'll throw some of those pics up when I get them.
We're even considering making a few slight changes to this basic 54" Wide Chassis to allow a 3rd seat (PreTeen) to fit in the back. It would require loosing a little bit of the uptravel room in the back but shouldn't be much.
TJ Ken 09-27-2011, 12:57 PM This Defender is ready to roll out....Who's next?

I would like a quote for a chassis like this that will fit a 36" bench seat in the back.
Do you have the pictures of it with the mockup panels?
Thanks,
Seth
torquefreak 11-24-2011, 08:17 AM Bump for a quote.
I would like to pick one up around March next year. My CJ7 is catching hell trying to keep up with Blase and Beefy in their Rogue buggies.
TJ Ken 11-28-2011, 01:03 PM Good talking with you Seth.
Email sent with everything we spoke about.
Who's next?

Looks good Ken. So those rails have 90's and tubes welded inside. Does that save on weight, triangulation bracing, etc? Making your center of gravity lower?
TJ Ken 12-22-2011, 10:29 AM Thanks for the props on our Defender Chassis.
The internal bracing was included to make those rails as tough as possible....with less chances of them getting deformed when they get smacked with a rock....We all know that's going to happen, right? :D
TJ Ken 12-28-2011, 12:15 PM Here's some pics we received recently from the latest Defender Chassis Owner......He's made quite a bit of progress putting his together as a roller using our bracket kit....Which makes it very simple to setup the suspension as the chassis was designed with that in mind! :D

crwlnyota 03-01-2012, 10:33 AM Here's a pic of mine a lil further along. These chassis have a ton of room inside. super comfortable and safe. They also have plenty of room in the rear for storage, coolers, spare tire, etc.
TJ Ken 03-13-2012, 01:36 PM Looking Great Daniel!
