I have contacted both Expedition Imports and Swiss Army for the stock axle breather. They didn't have any. Does anyone know another source? I don't really want to drill and tap the housing.

As I recall the oe axle breather is just a banjo bolt near the top of the third. It is almost certainly metric (M10? -M12? x 1.5)and I imagine you could get one from just about any auto parts store of hydraulic supplier.

This is correct, and if you want it to look stock, you can just braze on some steel tubing and ad a U bend in the top.. Pretty simple part with a lot of room for upgrade.

The outside tube with U shape is not the problem as we have plenty of stock. I am currently out of the banjo bolt. As mentioned above, they are a simple fab and we can supply the banjo itself. Simply a matter of brazing in some small steel/copper tubing to make the bolt.
