I hear the Desert Advisory Council meeting in December is in Ridgecrest. Who has a copy of the weekend's agenda?

I'll be out of town, can anyone provide copies of the tour topic Alternatives?

This is all I have:

"12/13-14/2002 DAC meeting in Ridgecrest, (China Lake) CA. 12/13 they will tour Surprise Canyon and Briggs Mine. Saturday 12/14 they will have meeting on Surprise Canyon and Briggs, and afternoon public Comment.
