This axle was removed from a 73 f250, but the bom # is for a 77. Open carrier, has 30 spline shafts. The gears apear to be in good condition, but I have not opened it up to verify. 48" outside to outside on the spring perches. 8 lug, FF. I beilieve this is a 5300# axle, but I'm not sure. I have a nearly identicle unit under my 85, and it seems to be able to take at least 4000 without any trouble. I got this for free, so make me an offer. I can deliver most anywhere in the central valley, other areas possible upon request.
