Picked up one of your rear housings with the full floater flanges and a matching front from a local dealer a month ago. Finally got them welded up and assembed. Just wondering what you recommend for fluid capacity on the front and rear.

For the Toyota 8" if you are using the inner seal surface we put near the center I use 2.5 quarts more than stock. If you are using outer seals I would use 4.5 quarts more than stock.

Would a regular Toyota rear axle seal work? If not where can I find a seal that will.

Do I need to run a breather to avoid blowing seals?

What size tap did you use to tap the inspection bung? My inspection cap won't thread in all the way.

Yes, but they really could use some help. Thats why we add the inner seal surface.

I always run a breather...

Call us on the bung, we changed a few months back and we can see which one you have...
