Here is my newest addition to my high steer products.
Machining services for 2005-2011 Super Duty Knuckles. You send me your knuckle('s) and I will machine them to accept my steering arm. Arm is keyed to knuckle and tied in 6 places grade 8 hardware. (pic shows studs but not included). Also designed into arm placement is a knuckle tie in option. Arm is placed perfectly over top of original TRE Location. To allow a 3/4 Bolt to tie arm and knuckle together.
Pricing will be $175 per knuckle:
Which includes Machining, arm installed, and shipping back to you!!
Options: Tie in kit $25 per knuckle, ( 3/4" tie in bolt, and one peice of 3/4" ID DOM)
Whats the max bs I can run with this setup? Putting some h1 wheels on it. Also, do you sell redrilled unit bearing hubs or offer a machining service for 05-11 d60s?
Here's what I'm talking about. On the left, is a supposed "Super 60" knuckle from Reid Racing next to a stock genuine Super 60. I need a Super 60 machined to accept a hi steer arm. It's obvious that the knuckle on the left was modeled after a standard Dana 60 and not a Super 60.
That is the same knuckle that's in the picture. However, you can clearly see that Reid Racing's knuckle is definitely NOT a Super 60 knuckle like they claim...
Do you have access to the 05+ Super D60 knuckles? I have a complete axle less knuckles and can't seem to locate a pair. Please PM as I might not check this thread right away
How much room is in-between the hi steer arm and knuckle? I'm looking to stack two heims in double sheer with the drag link using high missalignment spacers.
