Tire size doesn't matter to us. If you break one, we'll replace it under the 10 year warranty.

Correct.

44's are in stock for Jeep applications, with blanks, GM and Ford on the way. Same warranty!

Thanks,
Ron

Update 7-19-05

The tire diamater is just a part of the equation when it comes to loading or breaking a shaft.

Here's what we do. Use the best material that is reasonably priced, forge it properly, machine and heat-treat to the correct specs. Once we've done that, we know we've made these shafts as strong and durable as possible without going to real exotic materials.

Bottom line is there just isn't anymore to be done with Chromoly. So if you can break them, so be it - we did everything we could, so here's another shaft.

UPDATE: As of 7-19-05 - I am out of Ford outers as of for about 4 weeks. Still have some GM in stock.

ALSO - I have finished inners to make a "TJ" style front 60 - 31.25" and 16.15", 35 spline.

Blanks on the way for custom work, about 4-weeks out.

Thanks,
Ron

As posted, we have sold out of the Ford outers. I believe we have 1 set left of the GM's at the special pricing of $230.00 bucks shipped in the States.
Inners for the TJ or a custom application of around 60.750 inches FTF are available.

These are on back order till Sept 10th. The price for a pair has to go up a bit. $275.00 to your door includes shipping UPS ground in the lower states.
Please call to get your order place in line. Limited supply shipments coming in and all backorders are filled first.

Off the shelf parts WIN UROC Championship!

These are the same parts Lovell Racing (Modified Stock #232) used to win the UROC National Championship! No special one offs - these are the exact same parts you can buy.

Dual heat-treated rear Chromoly shafts.

Dual heat-treated front Chromoly shafts.

Quantities are limited for the next 4 weeks - but they're worth the wait.

so what applications do you have for d44 stuff? Looking for a pair of chevy d44 outers, an 80's jeep waggy longside, and a 77-79 ford f150/bronco shortside. IF you guys make those parts what would that set cost?

BB, at this time the production is around 90 days out for 44 items. Sounds like you really got you a contraption being built if that's one axle.

Do you have a set of 35 spline alloy 9" semi-float shafts? I have a 67" WMS housing from a ford van. I don't know the length of each shaft but they are equal length.

I'm interested in a set of these.

David, Tried calling you but must have the wrong phone number. At any rate, we don't have those in that length. We do however have 35 spline rear chromos that you could use but would have to cut down your axle. Using the ford torino 9" housing ends and Explorer disc brakes, you would be 61" WMS to WMS. Many have done this with great sucess. Let us know if you have further questions.
