~~~TOYOTA Solid pinion spacers, ditch that crush sleeve!~~~
Getting rid of, or rather, not installing a crush sleeve in your diff keeps pinion bearing preload constant. This prevents loosening of the pinion, causing gear failure. Also, with a crush sleeve, you can change a pinion seal WITHOUT pulling the diff, or worrying about changing gear pattern at all.
