THIS PICTURE SHOWS THE SUPPORT RING THAT IS TACKED TO THE INNER RING TO KEEP THE OUTER RING FROM CONING DOWN AND ALSO HELPS KEEP THE GRIME OUT OF THE BOLTS AREA.

Yes we went back to the smaller older style they are easyer to clean out.
After washing them i use my wifes turkey baster to suck the water out.

DON'T LET HER SEE YOU.

Yes they fit inside the lip NO cutting very easy to weld, comes with instructions.

ok.. those are actually pretty sweet. Is the "coning ring" just bent around to the same inner radius and how thick is it?

oh yeah... shop vac does wonders for that water.

It is tacked to the inner ring.

Thanks for the reply, is the free shipping something you always do or is it for a limited time? Do they come coated or are they bare metal? I will be looking at ordering these in a couple of months.

I would like to thank Bobby at Longfield for the great beadlocks. I installed my set that he sent me a couple of weeks ago. I have had no leak down and have had all good comments. I have a friend that is running a competitors brand and said if he had the chance to do it over again he would purchase these over the ones he purchased. The kits come complete with everything you need to finish a set of beadlocks. Inner ring with anti coning ring, outer ring, grade 5 bolts, grade 8 washers, and easy to install nutserts so you do not have to hold a wrench and try to torque the bolts. Also with the anti crush ring you can get a even torque on all the bolts without them coning down to almost no gap. Torqued mine down to 35 ft lbs as recommended and there is no gap under the head of the bolts, which increases the strength of the bolt due to the equal load. I am so impressed I just purchased a second set for a customer of mine.

why is Bobby Long limiting these works of art to the 15" crowd?

i want.. no, i need a decent weld on beadlock (i prefer his narrower style outer ring too), with a anti coning ring (nice and flush with inner and outer ring edges), and nutserts for my 17" steelies!!!
