Rock City Enterprises has just signed on as a vendor and we are very excited with being a part of Pirate

We can help with a lot of custom fab Jeep parts such as:

laser cut tabs and brackets for the home fabricator
CJ/YJ roll cage kits
custom built links
disc brake brackets
diff rings for D60 and 14 bolt, others soon to come

These are 32 bolt hole locks and come UNPAINTED, laser cut from 1/4" HR P&O steel.
3/8" 6061 outer flanges are available as a special order

Questions... 17's? Do they weld into the rim or on the outer edge? How much width do they add to the wheel? Weight? Nutserts? Will you be at DPG this weekend for mew to pick a set up? thanks. dave

Do not have 17" yet. They sit down in the lip of the wheel and add about 1.5" of width to the overall width of the wheel. You can get more by adding a small spacer under the inner ring to raise it up some. Weight is about 16# per wheel, not including hardware. I use nylocks with my kits.

I will be out of town this weekend and not at DPG (I wish I could go). The buggy isn't quite finished yet for me to go

I include a set of 4 rolled flat bar rings that weld to the inner or outer ring on the ID, and gets sandwiched between the inner and outer beadlock rings. This prevents the ID of the flanges from "coning" when the bolts are tightened, keeping the outer flange flat

The rings fit inside the lip. I use 32 3/8" grade 2 bolts, that should be plenty for a tire. Upgrades to grade 5, stainless, and button head (rounded heads) are available.
