The hell of it is that I've got the RuffStuff Bent D60 caliper brackets, the Chevy 3/4 ton Rotors and front calipers...
I'm concerned that the studs are either going to be too short or the knurl on the studs is going to be too short to hold the rotor to the backside of my hub... |

For some reason I've had several people ask about studs recently. There's no need to change the studs except on semi-float 14 bolt axles.

Is there a problem or a difference running your kit on a dodge van dana 60 1996 with the offset rear pumpkin? with the abs sensor in the pumpkin
Im not going to use ABS, just stateing what axle i have. seems to me the brakes would not be effected by the offset pumpkin Last edited by Heartburns26; 01-26-2010 at 10:35 PM. |

Interested in one of your kits for a Dana 60. Haveing trouble identifying exactly what 60 I have. BOM appears to be gone. There is a C 32055 part number on the housing. Is there any other way that I can figure out what axle this is and what kit I need?

No other easy way. We might be able to take a good guess based on the bolt pattern of the flange where the backing plate mounts to.

Any ideas if your kit will work on a 70's Ford D60HD? Not exactly sure on the year yet but will get the BOM this weekend.

Great deal! I will definitely be buying a kit once I find one that fits a D60HD from a 70's Ford. The only difference between that and a regular D60, as far as I can tell, is the axle tubes are 3 1/8" in diameter and the center section has extra webs on it for strength. Any idea if your caliper brackets fit? If not, I'm guessing only slight modification is necessary to open up the center hole a little.
