4. What did the manufactured do / design into this product to negate the use of side washers? I want to know why my case will not wear out.

Why would you choose an Aussie over a Lock Right? Now there are three companies making them. From the nake eye, there is no difference between the Aussie and Lock Right. In fact, they look identical to the point the parts can interchange. The Spartan is completely different. Larger pins, less springs, install is easier, etc.

It's not a Yukon product, so no, not Yukon. Waranty is handled through Randy's Ring and Pinion - so they've got your back if you have issues.

The bolts are 7/16...So 29/64 should do it...
