I have had a few questions asked mostly about bolts, powder coating and size so here goes

1...how thick are they and what are they made out of = they can be purchased in either 1/4 inch and 3/16 how can we do them out of 3/16 because we have a patent pending anti cone ring that when installed makes the whole setup 15/16 thick steel that is a engineered design and is the strongest in the industry for a Diy Beadlock

2... how many bolt holes = since we do custom work we can do as many as you like we try to stick with 28 for 15 inch and add 2 per wheel size.

3... can you make me a set of outers to replace mine = yes we just need some measurements and we can cut you some custom outers.

4... how tight do i need to torque the bolts? we have never had to go any tighter that 10 lbs. we like between 5 and 8 lbs.g But with the ANTI CONE RINGS you can go as tight as 20lbs

I am talking about ALUMINUM inner and outer rings with outer rings of one of your designs?

I want something that allows the JK rim to be seen, no need for a narrow outer ring like MRW but something like the OMF or similar.

Think you can do something with a brass knuckle?




here's one that is supposed to be a paint stencil so you can see the connection points, but the edges are a lot cleaner on the one above.




I would like the outer rings to be as small as possible cause I still want to be able to see my wheels (they're and I don't want to hide them).

If the knuckles don't work out I'd like something really low profile like the basic AZ or Marsh.

No extra charge for the chrome(ish) finish? It's still powder coat? Have you had any in use to see how the coating holds up?

i can do them ill draw them up and as far as the chrome color it will hold up as well as any other if you lay it against a big rock it will sratch but as far as weather it will hold up like any other powder coatings pm sent
