OK - I have been waiting over 2 months for a set of late 70's Ford axles - HP44/9 combo...

Dude has sent pics of of it on the pallet and ready to ship - I get this email on Friday stating he lost his job, things have been hectic, blah blah blah...

He is not a PBB'er...

The deal on the axles were $350.00 shipped - not a bad at ALL...but I want these or my money back if no show by end of week

I am giving this guy until Dec. 16 until I post up his eBay info...and email addy

do you have a link to the auction and E-bay has some pretty tight rules about dead beat sellers on there site, i would contact them and let them know of the situation. i did on a set of coils srings, i wated and wated for two or three months hering the same old bullshit " ya i lost my job " "my truck broke down " "i had to take a shit '', well after all that was done and said i contacted E-bay and not even one week later i had my coils, they will help you they did for me, jason.

Here is a respectful email i just sent him...I think the rest of my emails will be a bit harsher if no response by end of business today...

Still no update from you and no axles...I have notified Paypal about this and some friends in Columbus, Ohio area...

Please do not let this escalate into a more negative situation - I am a laid back person until it comes to money...

All I am asking for is an update...and some sorta communication on YOUR part!

FUCK...eBay will not help 60 days past, Paypal says 45 days is the limit and now Suntrust says 60 days has passed...

I am now going to my cell phone provider for call records...this is fucking rediculous

Anyone who wants to setup a roadtrip after I find out where this asshat lives I will buy you dinner and drinks after we get the axles
