Bad seller, Scout FX

I bought a scout body from Scout FX last june. I called the guy up since he advertised it on his website that he built new bodies. We settled on a price of 2500 dollars delivered to my house. His turnaround time was supposed to be six weeks. Two months later and a half a dozen phone calls and no body or date that it was expected. It has now been almost a year and the jerkoff still have my money and I have no body. The bad thing is that my project will probably not get finished for quite some time now. I set up the chassis and suspension, built a motor for it and was just waiting on a body. The guys name is Jerry and he will tell you absolutely any lie to make you happy and then never do another thing about it. I have pretty much written off the money since i payed by check I just don't want anyone else to have to eat a loss so some jerkoff can make a dime.
