rockcandy is a cool dude, im an impatient dumbass
i jumped to conclusions over the delay in delivery of some shocks i bought from rockcandy. a cord compressing one of the shocks broke and it busted throught the box so it was sent back to his house while he was out of town for a while. with no response after couple days and a light wallet i started getting that bad feeling in my stomach. i have lost a bit of money from transactions gone sour and i made him look like a bad seller
but he definatly went out of his way to correct what was a freak situation that wasnt really his fault. he took my unjust comment pretty well on top of the great deal he gave me on the shocks in the first place, so i would say hes one of the best sellers i have dealt with. buy shit from rockcandy, he da shit.

Now there is an apology! I admire your no-excuses approach to this, I have wrongfully accused people of mis-dealings, and I know it takes guts to just say it. No reasons, rationalisations or quibbling, just "I'm sorry". If all of us took your example, we would not know what "Wenzeled" meant!!
