BEWARE of ZUKFREAK

Make sure you see and (drive) a vehicle before purchasing anything from this guy. His idea of a "good running motor" is one with a rod knocking that cant be heard over the valve clatter. Oh and the classic," It only smokes on start up, it will go away" HaHaHa yea right buddy, that "60,000 mile"motor has more sludge in it than my grandmothers station wagon with 300,000,000,000 miles on it.

Did i ever state it has a perfect motor??? no i never said this was a daily driver the smoke always went away after a few seconds with me and do you have pics of this "sludge" the motor was apart about 2 months ago according to the previous owner and he said it was tight on the bottom end... once again i said i didnt know a whole lot about the truck you just simply said ok... so once again just send me the steering and ecu and all things will be final.

The MOD made a choice now you guys should stick with it. Give the parts when he pays shipping and be done with it.

Again, the reason we have MODS is to make decisions on things like this. They have come together and made a decision. Did you not see the Wenzel factor? It does not matter where you go or what board you go to. It does not matter what numbers you change or anything. You will be found and you will end up loosing more than a few cheap parts. Give the guy his stuff and be done with it. If you don't.....well....Be Prepared!

This will not last long. The Mods and Members will take over and you will loose. I would want to keep my manhood before a couple parts. Last Chance Looser.

I advise you to look at the wenzel thread and get a cluse

[quote=zukfreak56]how much you think you will need? i was thinking a couple hundred would cover your gas... so say 200 if that will work i can do it pretty quick this weekend would work if your willing to do it for 200 if not ill have to wait til i can get some more money... let me know ill give ya a call tomorrow.

Chris[/QUO

well my rig only gets 9 mpg pulling a trailor, so I was estimating 2 tanks up there and 2 tanks back. If you can do $240 ($60 per tank) I will see you saturday. You will be getting everything, minus the 38" tires. I have a lot of spars stuff to go with it. I will not have time before tomorrow to make motor mounts, however You can have my straps that are holding the motor in. It should be no problem transporting it like that. that is how I brought it back from tennessee.
thanks,
Michael

I dont understand why you tell me "as is means as is" but its different for him. We both got a truck "as is" And I have witnesses for my side of the story. where are his? I am an honest person, and would have told a person that the motor will need to be replaced soon, instead of making him drive 10 hrs. one way to find that when the truck is started it sounds like someone hitting the block with a hammer. This was an honest mistake, untill I found out how he totally lied to my face about the motor. As far as the karma thing goes. I totally agree. He knew he was screwing me, and in turn, he got screwed too. We both got screwed on the deal.

notice he didnt quote the pm stating "I will cover your GASandTIME. yes I told him i estimate $240,but half way up there I spoke to him again by phone and told him It would cost $200 there and $200 back. I told him in enought time to find more gas money. He blew it off and made me eat the cost of gas to get back. The gas money was his deal not mine.

ALL i know about this whole thing is i told you i didnt know anything about the motor or truck you never asked anything about the truck when your buddy truggy1ton started it and drove it on the trailer i didnt know anything about the truck i knew more about the suzuki as stated hell i did all the work on the thing that was there except for the hack job on the bodywork now you seemed like a really nice guy in person and so did your friend and your wives what happened?? i knew something was up when i tried calling you 15 minutes after you left and your phone was turned off... this wasnt an honest mistake the lines going to the pump were cut you kept the stuff and never intended to give it to me but it was promised to me that i would get it so therefore i will pay the shipping you just have to box the stuff and send it my way...

you should have waited until you mapquested the trip until you told me the price it was gonna cost its not my problem that you stated you would make the trip for $240 you told me the numbers not the other way around and just because i talked to you and you said it has already cost me 200 doesnt mean that i should have ran out and found another $200 for you i cant afford that i told you i could barely afford the $240...

I did tell you that I only mapquested to the state line. Not to the NW corner. That is not your fault, however I did not know where you lived to give you an estimate on gas. But since you said you will cover the entire cost of gas and my time, I will send you the stuff if you pay me the $200 it cost me to get back home+ shipping on the parts. I got no money for my time which you stated you would pay for. That is as fair as I can get.

Well. I might can work that out, as long as you can cover my expenses. How much are you willing to spend? I will probably have to use a friends trailor. mine is not safe for a trip that far. How soon can you have the money? I dont have the baby this weekend, so this weekend would be great for me if it will work for you. I will need your address to do a mapquest.
You can call me tomorrow if we can set something up for this weekend, if not, that is fine too. If not this weekend, not sure when i could do it though. I will have my son back next week.

your site wont let me post pics, but if you look at his for sale post. His toyota that he traded me is missing the KC lights on the hood, as well as the chrome rear bumper. Also if you look at the pic of the motor, it looks like new. When I got there it looks as if it has seriously been overheated many times. I can send you pics of what the motor looked like when I got it. How does his misrepresentation of his truck not matter, but mine does? I am very confused? I am missing KC lights, chrome rear bumper, and have a trashed motor,. He is missing a steering setup? I think you all need to dig a litte deeper into this before passing judgement on me. He did me wrong. I am willing to make my side of the deal right, is he?

ill get you another set of harbor freight specials that i told you the previous owner took off the truck ill also try and get you the chrome rear bumper which the previous owner still has and the motor looks like it does not due to overheating but due to no battery tie down on a test drive the battery fell over and hit the fan blades shooting acid everywhere which in turn rusted the breather and took the paint off the motor not because it overheated.. yes ill make good on those things if you want ill send you a set of lights the bumper and a can of spray paint to repaint the valve covers ill also send you a breather that i have... you just have to pay the shipping for these things and they are at your door step... The bumper will take modification to make it fit due to the body lift that is why the previous owner took it off... I dont understand why you are asking about all of this stuff here i told you the previous owner had these things ill be glad to get them to you send me a cashiers check and ill send them... ill send a cashiers check to get my steering and ecu.

I am with zukfreak56 on this one. If you want it you buy your own gas, and if you dont like what you see when you are there then turn around and go home. Thats what you get for not test driving the rig. Now send him his parts and grow some nuts, and dont buy or trade shit unless YOU are happy with the deal.

Whats wrong with you? You went to his house started the truck, you dident test drive it, it ran like crap and you still bought it??? Then you want him to pay for your screw up in estimating the gas situation? Seriously, how old are you? You sound like some punk kid who needs to learn some things about life. You got exactly what he offered and exactly what you saw. He dident get every thing that was in your ad. How hard is that to understand? Send him his parts and stop sounding like a whinny bich

+1

Dude, you had an opportunity to INSPECT or DRIVE the truck before you brought it home. It would be different if it was sent to you or purchased sight unseen. Anyone that tells me "a little smoke" - I'm going to have to use my own best judgement and probably leak down test - or at a MINIMUM DRIVE the dang thing.

If you drove all the way up there and then it wasn't in the condition as described, I'd absolutely understand why you were pissed... That's not the case. You drove your butt up there, underestimated the cost of that drive, and picked up a vehicle that you had a chance to inspect. If you don't have the skills to inspect it - or you choose not to inspect it - that's on you.

You don't get to withhold parts on the deal because you failed to inspect it...
