You need to contact me with information on what we are doing about the lost items you sent. You owe me a refund in the insured amount of $200 for the payment I sent you plus the shipping of my shift lever. I have been patient for nearly two weeks, that is more than enough time. This is holding up my project and is the only reason why I am not driving it this weekend!!!

Ok well I sent you an email the stuff was sent cerified mail . Also I tried to call your house 3 times left two messages that were never returned before you ever gave me your phone number , I googled your name , and found your house number . Check your email that was sent. ChiScouter I never made any verbal agreement to buy anything from you , said that I may be interested , then told you I was parting out my truck . So go fuck yourself , and stop stalking people you have never met before or talk to . Also I inquired about another part from somebody else for my new project , and you harassemed me in another tread that someone else was selling so since I have done nothing to you , stay the fuck out of somebody else's buisiness. Also I did send Robert , an email explaining what is going on , and why It has been so long . But i am not in the mood for ChiScouter's Opinion's.

Ps Why Would you expect me to refund you 200 dollars ? I would refund 170 plus send your stuff back, but you do not automatically get more than you paid refunded. I insured it for that to cover what i paid for it new.When you buy something and return it do they give you more than you pad back? Just wondering why you expect more back?Also the receipt and all was sent and I made copy's of that , I just was curious why you expect more money (cost of new) when you bought something used.You were paying 150 + 20 to ship , And now the twin stick Kit cost's 255 New but includes the shifter boot.

No you pm'd me that you wanted it and it would be a week or so till you had the money. A couple of weeks later I was out west and offered to deliver it. You pm'd me back that you were looking into something your buddy had and would get backto me. I never heard back. You never said a word to me about parting out your truck. I wasted 3 weeks holding shit for you. Meanwhile I saw you in the classifieds saying you were going to buy some other stuff in other threads. I pm'd a couple of guys to see if you had followed through and both of them said after saying you would buy something they never heard back.

I'm requesting $200 becuase it cost me $30 to ship you my parts plus the cost on my end for having a money order made out. Also for the wait time. Either way you or I would be getting $200 from the insurance so I don't see what the problem is. I'm not asking for money out of your pocket, it's coming from the insurance which was included with the shipping I PAID you for.

Discussed this last night With RMSBigBlazer Hopefully all is resolved , and I told him that He should be expecting the insurace papers shortly . I Just Have had a family issue lately , and I appoligize for putting family first over buisiness.

I recieved the insurance paperwork via certified mail last thursday. Now it's up to the USPS to pay up for the lost merchandise. I'd just like to say that I would still do business with Phil but I would either hope for much sturdier packaging or a better mail carrier. It was initially a very good deal and Phil was more than willing to add extra parts (wiring) in with what we had originally discussed.
