Story starts:
I ordered a set of high steer arms and studs. I explained I needed them by a certain date (1 week). I was told no problem you will get them in time. About 4-5 days after they still were not here (shipping from Navada to Arizona no too far). I called and was told they did not ship yet. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my $ which they already charged. Its been 3 weeks and I have made 2 phone calls where I was told they would look into this and not a single return call back.

No very good for a Major shop to be doing that to customers. 3 weeks is too long to wait for a refund for a part that was charged yet never shipped. I even run one of their chassie's.

3.5 weeks later and 3 phone calls but I have my Credit back.
