i sent this guy a paypal for $225 for a set of wheels on 6/18. he said that he shipped them out on 6/21 or 6/22, then pm'd me and said that he got the address wrong and that they had come back. i verified my info and waited until 7/03 and i called him again and asked for the tracking number, which he said that he would get to me (still waiting), after the BS run around he said that he had shipped them again on 6/29. well i figured that i would see them last week. well i call him again today and he want answer. am i being urealalistic here or is 21 days long enough to ship a set of wheels, or at least let me know what the fawking deal is? what the hell should do? need some advise.

Did he ever get you the tracking number after he said he shipped them on 6/29? Get the tracking number if you haven't. If he can't produce that ask for your money back.

no i never got the trackin number and he want answer for me to ask for my money back. the more i think about it , the more i get PISSED.

I am back now, I was out of town for the 4th of July . If you check your emails, you will see that I have replied to them. Sorry for taking a vacation and not being away from my phone/email! I have been unable to post or reply on this board for some reason. I had that fixed today as well. If you don't believe that and would like to badmouth me in public again, I can forward you the email from the moderator as well...

I'm told by the UPS store that it was s mix up on their part the first time the wheels were shipped. They shipped again free of charge. You will also be refunded your money.

I certainly don't read any "badmouthing" of you from dwiles. I too would be upset in not having the wheels 21 days later, and no tracking number to confirm they went ever out.

It's certainly not dwiles fault you were not able to contact him by email, or he didn't get a tracking number he wrote you would get him.

It's beyond my control. As stated earlier, it was a mixup at the UPS store, The wheels ended up back at my house. I did email a tracking number as well.

late response, been gone chasing a dollar, but im back. matt is telling the truth, this was resolved through the pay pal dispute center, which matt issued a refund without pay pal having to make the decision. glad to get this behind me, my wife has stayed on my ass about that money, just glad its over. thanks for doing the right thing mattbmiller.
