Virgilh
11/07 I sent $35 over paypal for a set of chevy stub shafts, after back and fourth through PM's as to where my stuff was at, he has not logged in for almost 2 months.
Does anyone know him and can find out as to what is going on.

Sounds to me like he has been trying to work with the guy and give him the benefit of the doubt. Is he supposed to post in the bad seller forum the day after he doesnt recieve something?
![]() Hes obviously been trying to work it out until two months ago. |

I shouldnt have to call and remind you of a transaction, its your job as a seller to take care of it once I send payment. What was I suppose to call and say, ship my parts? I shouldnt have to tell you that, your an adult now.
I understand being busy, I work 7 days a week and have lots of commitments outside of work, but I could of easily found 15min of spare time sometime over a 3 month period to follow through on my end of the deal. The detals are in the first post on this page, a set of chevy d44 stub shafts. Just let me know when they are on their way.

i do not see where your payment has been in my paypal account??
second your actually not suprising me as to your answer... im willing to work with you but if i havent got paid im not sending your parts check your paypal acount and see if its in your account third if you work 7 days a week you picked your job i didnt, so what i have other more important reasons to be busy, i do not have to work my work has nothing to do with my accidental, if i even got payed, forgetting your parts. now try to be polite because im a stand up guy ill stand behind whatever i did for what ever reason, but if you continue to be non understanding and rude, ive done everything to rectify this with no cooperation from you. |

obviously they talked back and forth about shipping and everything so why would Virgil even talk about shipping if there wasn't a payment. stop being asshats and ship the guy his parts. When you make a deal with somebody you don't just forget about it and come back months later trying to make it his fault for not calling you. thats retarded.

I find it funny that every Wenzel in these threads always turns it around on the buyer, and can’t start a paragraph for the life of him.
Don't let this guy make you feel bad man. Just remember who fucked up. He was responsible for executing the purchase, and fucked up. You were in the right by posting here.

Its not in your paypal statement because you probably not looking back far enough, check back almost 4 MONTHS and you will find it. Im looking at it right now.
Last PM you sent me when I still thought you were a decent seller was that you got the payment and were waiting for it to clear (which it did) Im not being understanding? I gave you the benefit of the doubt for almost 3 months, thats as fucking understanding as I get. There is no problem for me to rectify, there is nothing you need to do other than hold up your end of the deal. My cooperation was in sending payment in a timly fashion and patiently waiting for you to contact me saying that you had shipped my parts. I did my part, your turn. Quit your bitching and ship my stuff already or just man up and admit your never going to ship them. But make sure everyone else on the board knows it.
