If all else fails, you can always see if the money you sent was reported to the IRS. Once they get him on one, they will look for more and not let up for years to come. Good luck.

Hey Mac if you are an admin to this site you can e-mail me. I was only trying to get the price on his address in this post because I knew it was forclosed on. I see his name now and think scam all the way. That home was refinaced up by $400,000 dollars and then foreclosed. Sherburne county property tax database. Did that on 4 homes in our neighborhood that were related to him. Not quite sure on the whole story there, but something doesn't smell right. My guess is the law is soon too follow him. Very savy guy, had us all fooled. Very disappointed in him. Don't know this whole story only what I've read in the thread. I always try to remember there's always two sides to every story.

I just spent the last 45 minutes reading through this thread and can't believe all the crap I read!!!Surely this guy Kevin can't be that stupid

. If he only knew how many different agencies that could file charges on him based on what he's done (or at least what he's been accused of on here). I'll volunteer my services for anyone that ever has bad dealings with anybody near Houston, Texas. I work for the Harris County Sheriff's Department as a patrolman and I've had excellent results with the few bad sellers that I have dealt with. It's amazing how much motivation a marked patrol car and a uniformed deputy has on a dishonest seller!!!! I only hope that Axel goes through the needed steps to get this Kevin piece of crap arrested.
