great lakes offroad

I hate to put this out but im not sure what to think. i ordered a set of diy beadlocks and a set of stiffeners on 3/5.i was told when i ordered that it would be 2 weeks before they shipped.I said no problem.About a week later the hardware and anti coning rings show up.April 1,i called and left a message just to get a update.I got a call back saying that they would be done and would be shipping at the end of the week,I should have them by midweek. It is now 4/17 and no parts.Over the last week,i have called, left 2 messages, emailed with no responses.I understand that there are issues that pop up,but at least return a phone call and give a heads up.I can say they were great to deal with over the phone, but if i cant get my parts,it doesnt really matter.

I dont know if it puts your mind at ease at all, but my rim stiffeners took longer than expected and they were a little tough to get a hold of, but I attributed that to the fact that I think they are a small (1 or 2 people) operation. When I got my parts they were high quality and a total value in my opinion!!

Damn , it's already the middle of May?..

I think for the most part the couple weeks around Easter aren't very productive in the off road parts world, seems like the unofficial start to wheeling season. GLO has a pretty good rep for treating customers fairly, hopefully this proves true and they take care of you.

I've got parts from them before , a little slow but good stuff.

i would say give them some time. i ordered some h1 rock rings two weeks ago and they told me they would ship that day (i live in ohio so it should take that long). i waited a week and a half to send an email inquiring when they would arrive. two days later i did get an email back with an update. i understand being busy so i would give them time. i previously orderded some d60 disc brake caliper brackets and those came next day.

overall i just wished the lady i spoke to would have told me off the bat it was not in stock or going to take a few days to process my order. all in all they have a great product and are friendly enough to talk to. but i also understand the frustration of paying good money and having to wait.

I know that they make quality stuff, thats why i went with them.I have a couple friends that have their beadlocks and couldnt be happier with the product. But they went through this same thing. The biggest part that sucks now is I have to go back and put my stauns in to go wheeling next weekend and I have had nothing but problems out of them.im sure they will show up a day before I leave.I will keep you posted.
