I sent Jeff my harness, computer, and money at the end of Nov 09. I have talked with him several times and he keeps saying it will ship next week. After the last thread about him, I called and sent a few PM's. He told me he knows I am waiting and that was it. I sent back a response asking for a realistic time frame. He has not responed since (last week).
I should have known better than to use a no name company to save a buck. The thing that gets me, is that if he is soo back up making and modding harnesses, why is he on here pimping crate motors with the very harness I need?
I know there are a ton of other guys in this same situation, so please post up.

I am calling total Bullshit on that. but to be sure, who has received a PM from him with ship dates ?

I will advise everybody at this point to seek legal action as I do not believe he intends to deliver

Long story short. I've been biting my tongue for a while reading all this about Jeff.

Our customer's name is Rich Leach. I saw East Coast Engines in the vender section here, did some research and there was no negative feedback at the time, so I had Rich order an engine from him. He ordered a 6.0 back on January 22nd. Jeff promised the engine would go out in 14 days. We even received calls that he had the engine and that it was about to go out. April 3rd, we got an engine that was laying on its side in the crate. Not too much was damaged, but did have a smashed power steering pump and plug wires. The harness was promised to show up the day after the engine got here. A week after the engine got here, he said he got a power steering pump and the other parts that were damaged, that they were boxed up, and were shipping out. Talked to Jeff yesterday, said he didn't have a pump that we would like, I told him if he had one that worked to send it out. He said the rest of the parts were boxed and going out yesterday and that we would PROBABLY get the harness to us next week. I told him that if he had told us it would take 4 months to get our shit then we would have dealt with it or gone elsewhere, his response was that he didn't know that he'd be so busy.

In response to the guy asking how he pimps crate engines with the harnesses that were supposed to go out to other customer months ago, well he doesn't.

Just remembered this! A month after this engine was ordered, we were shopping for another 6.0. Called Jeff and asked if his business was always run this way, because we do a lot of engine jobs and could bring him a lot of business. Told us that he didn't care if we ordered anything from him, he's got plenty of people ordering from him everyday, that we could go elsewhere if we were in a hurry, and that HE DIDN'T NEED OUR BUSINESS.

Obviously, since our customer ordered the engine directly, we are not out anything, except for his rig sitting here without an engine. I am posting this because we are the one's having to deal with Jeff. However, if we don't get parts soon the customer will be taking legal action against Jeff.

We just want some parts, and we'll never call, bother, or order anything from Jeff again.

We sent our harness, computer and $264 to Jeff Robert on Sept. 23, 2008. Without giving us a firm date (sound familiar) I assumed that it would be about 2 months. In three days it will be 8 MONTHS since we sent him our stuff and money. On April 20th he threatened me that if I had lost him any engine sales due to my comments on this site that I would never see the harness and computer again, and that he would modify our harness in 2 weeks. 2 weeks was up on May 4th. I email him on May 5th and his response was that he doesn't do wiring anymore. I think I've asked him to return our harness, computer, and the $264 about 5 times. Each time he refuses! Our project is now sitting, waiting for him to complete the modifications that we have already paid for. I'm sure that if the situation were reversed, Jeff would be on here doing the same thing that all of us are doing. He seems to like the LS1tech.com site too. His frequent posts there show just how informed he is. His knowledge far surpasses mine and I only sent him our stuff after being impressed with his vast knowledge that he seemed to have. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW HE CAN KEEP RUNNING HIS NAME AND REPUTATION INTO THE GROUND BY NOT LIVING UP TO HIS END OF ALL THESE DEALS. I only know of 1 satisfied customer. Thanks, Nomader

I have been waiting since begining of November and have not once recieved a message or phone call once from Jeff. I have asked for my harness back and even told him to keep the money ($400 off of his website) but he refuses. My whole project has been waiting on this for 8 months now. There goes all my plans for the summer.

This guy needs to be lynched, thats the only law he deserves, taking legal action wll only enable him to close shop to one alias and start a new one...

I'd be willing to bet he doesn't even have the harnesses and comps half the people have sent him.

Sounds like a true con artist. I am more pissed at myself for sending this guy my parts and money. Only did it cause a friend had good luck and like a 6-8 week turn around. When I talked to Jeff originally to order (back in Nov), he told me he was done doing the harnesses and mine would be one of the last? Sounds like he just keep taking the jobs and money, just not delivering.
What about the legal side of this? Are we just fawked or do we have a leg to stand on? Or maybe some friends in NY to help?

You'd be doing the same if you were the one being screwed. This group of complaints doesn't mention any of your previous companys. PCMamerica.com, AutoComputerTech.com, MuscleSportsandImports.com, or you new Ebay company. How many others are out there that we don't know about. I'ts a real shame what you are doing to paying customers. It's not too late to correct your past mistakes. The bad press will probably continue until we all get what we paid you for. We know that you will start an new business venture soon, and we'll find you there too. One month one day ago you said you'd be done with our harness in two weeks.
