Dont know who to blame

Ok, this post is sort of tricky so let me start from the top of course.
I placed an order through Polyperformance for some Chromoly axle shafts. Now iv ordered from poly several times and been very happy with there service, and i will probably continue using there service. I digress. So i ordered a set of 10 Factory chromo shafts for my dana 44 axles on October 7th. I received my axles about week or so later and had my longfield jounts pressed in my a mechanic cuz i didnt want to screw up my $1300 axles. As i began to install the axles i realized that the long side was short! i pulled it out and set it next to my broken one and sure enough its about 1.5" short. So i called Poly.
I expressed my problem, and they said they would call National Drivetrain to see what was wrong. after a few days of waiting i called them back, and they said 10 Factory's machinest screwed up and made a bunch too short, so they would take it back and send me the replacement. Well, thats fine except i already paid someone to press my $150 ujoints in and i didnt want to pay them again to press the replacements in. So Poly Contacted someone named Eric at National drivetrain who said he would press the Ujoint out, and press it in the new axles and ship them to me.
I shipped my axles out somewhere around october 15th and waited. after a week i called Poly to see what was going on, they tried calling the guy Eric to see what was going on. He apparently didnt return Polys phone calls often because they didnt have much to tell me, for about 2 weeks. After the month goes by or so, I get word that eric sent the parts, but UPS lost them. Poly says they are going to get a replacement set and send them back to eric to have the ujoint pressed in. I told poly i'm tired of waiting, and the $50 i would have saved with the local shop pressing the joint in has now become a loss and i want them to just ship me the parts i will have it pressed in again.
After another stalled week of nothing i got tired of dealing with Poly and started calling National Drivetrain myself. Talked to the owner Paul. He said he was going to have the package sent over night. So today (being 2 months since i placed my original order), i get a tracking number (same day my package shows up) and realize they only sent the Outer shaft and not the inner shaft. WTF. So now i have 1/2 an axle and am waiting a return phone call from Paul.
2 months, waiting for parts. Receiving wrong parts, bullshit stories, missing parts, whats next? i missed the fall season of wheeling, and now snows starting to fall and am i going to miss this as well?
Who to blame? Polyperformance? National Drivetrain? 10 Factory? I dont know who exactly but im blaming every single one of them for this mess up. I dont know if i will order again from either of these places if i can help it. I think id rather order from another company and pay more.
Im sick and tired of this Piss Poor excuse for service

Joe,
Again, my appologies.
This order went wrong every time I turned around. You win some, you lose some and we deffinetaly lost this one at no fault to Poly Performance.

We over-nighted your outer from Chicago and your inner came from our Ca. warehouse. My guy screwed up and sent the inner ground and it takes 2 days to get up to northern Cal.
I just tracked it and its out for delivery today.

Again, Our sincerist appologise. Please dont let it reflect badly on Poly Performance.

Eric

i just received the tracking number and it does say the inner is to arrive today. Granted im excited to finally receive my part, but it doesn't change the fact that this has been a complete mess up for 2 months. Poly would tell me every day that they tried calling you Eric for a tracking number for 2 weeks. now either they did try calling you and you never returned there call, or they didnt call and just gave me the run around.
Either way im still unhappy with the service all around, only thing that does make me happy is my part is suppose to arrive today. too bad its 45min drive to my jeep that i have been making for the last few days waiting for parts.

The tiny little part in the story that says "ups lost it". Believe it or not, this happens quite often. Seems when ordering from a big company the zip codes can get switched and some lucky guy in Florida gets your package. Happened to me twice.

It has quickly become obvious to me that any deal where more than buyer and seller are involved gets FUBAR more times than not.
