This clown post in the bad sellers forum bitching about a other getting fucked then he is fucking more than one of you. OR and its a big or something happend to tard. Hey, I'm the one who tried to buy a Dana 300 from him 2 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything from him since I sent payment.

I filed a Paypal dispute last night, hopefully I will get my money back.

Looks like you have a lot more info on him than I do. He gave me a phone number, but it doesn't seem to be any good. I hope you can get ur money back, I'll keep posting if I learn anything new.

Something like this is grounds for a major service level demotion. If he doesn't come through you can contact his CO and trust me, you will get your money back immediately.

Had an issue a couple years ago with an Air Force officer who tried to screw me out of $1950. One call to his CO, and I had a money order overnighted the next day. The military does NOT take stuff like this lightly. He will get demoted, and it will go on his permanent service record. If he values his record at all, he won't let this go any longer than tomorrow.

He gets paid next Thursday. I hope you are wrong, the worst thing that can happen for him is not to pay and have his Command find out about this. Especially with all of the documentation these guys have on the transactions, it would make him look very bad to his unit.

I wouldn't judge him for being a bad person by a mistake because we've all made them at one time or another. BUT when i've sent him emails multiple time to figure out what happend and not hear anything back it piss's me offespecially when i know he's been on the board. If he had issues all he would have had to do was PM me and let me know what was going on. It's been 3 weeks now with no response.

He wouldn't be stalling so you can't get your money back or anything.
Doing some math, including shipping on this deal, he owes the three people we know about $1002.00.
