Somethings definitely not right. He says he is a police officer in Alabama but the ebay item location says north dartmouth, MA. I'm guessing he took the pics from the ebay ad to send to you.

If it were me I would have him prove that he still has the transfer case. Tell him to post up a photo of the TC with a note taped to it that says "pirate4x4- yotaonly"

You shouldn't believe a word he says until he proves that he has the xfer case.

TJROCKCRUSHER has sent me pictures to show that he does have the t/c. And it is the one that I had previously agreed to buy.

We have agreed that he will ship me the t/c as soon as he has the funds to do so. This will likely be on or around April 1st.

I do believe that he is now trying to do the right thing, it may have taken a little while, but I am hopeful that everyone involved will be made whole again. He did apologize to me for this situation he created.

My T/C has been shipped, will be delivered next week, and all appears well. I'm glad we were able to resolve everything the best we could.
