TJROCKCRUSHER where are you? Where's my winch?

Sounds like i pretty much got shafted along with StuartTX(shafted on an XD40) and Yotaonly(shafted on a tcase)

Saw the ad he had in the MISC form for a winch he was selling, sent him a couple PM's with questions on the winch, everything looked good and i paypaled him $275 March 5th and havn't heard from him yet. He was on here this morning i sent him another PM asking him what the deal was and havn't heard a thing yet again. I will be filling a paypal issues tonight if i don't hear back from him soon.

TJROCKCRUSHER
Give me my fawking money back!!!

Damn, this guy is going on a rampage here, I hope you will be able to get your money back.

I also filed a dispute with Paypal last night, gotta wait the 10 days now. I have never dealt with Paypal disputes before, does anybody know how these things usually play out?

I wonder what the deal is with him on your end. Today was the first time that I had heard from him since the beginning. I think he must not have the winch and doesn't have a plan on how to pay you back.

It sounds like Stuart has made some good headway with a contact in Alabama that may keep things moving forward for everyone.

paypal gives him 10 days to respond, if he does not respond, they will take what he has in his funding source to refund it, you just have to hope he has enough in there, otherwise you will only get what they can get, the first person that filed the dispute gets first chance at it, then the next and so on and so on. You might win the dispute but don't count on getting the money if he does not have it in his funding source

He did reply to my PM's but said nothing about paying me back. I tried calling but no one was there.

So i'm pretty sure were all going to get screwed. He told me my money was in paypal already which isn't

Good to hear that. I wouldn't have guessed that this was going to work out in the beginning, but I sure am relieved it did. I should have my t/c on the 8th as well, unless there's some other 93lb surprise in the UPS box.

Hunter came through and my money was in my paypal account this morning. Nice to see it took him a month to make things right.
