Toyota Front Axle Parts

While I've got an axle apart in the shop what would you guys like to see. Here is a list of what I think we'll work into the lineup.

Top Truss
High Steer system with possibility for upgrades to the kingpins
H.D. Knuckle Balls
Complete Axle Housing
Differential Protection
U-bolt flip kit

????? Other suggestions?

Toyota axle is tough because all of that stuff except for full replacement knuckle balls (which are also supposed to be coming soon) is already available, sometimes from multiple vendors.

Even though, we always like to see some of those same things with a new and interesting twist on them.

H.D. knuckles and axle housings would be sweet but as was stated, there are already some great options avail. for the toy front axle.

How bout a 3-link front kit for toys. for fast or slow!! Know you already have brackets to work it out- just put it together as a kit for us nimrods that like help with geometry.

Rear 4-link that doesnt require bed-cutting, relocate tank is mandatory i think.

replacement Tube or plate front fenders????

Fuel cell kit/options

6lug 9inch full floater/discs

1st gen. tacoma and 1st gen. runner front winch plate bumper starter

like that you are still thinkin about us Toy guys- keep it coming

I would definitely like to see the HD knuckle balls and another housing on the market.

I;m assuming you only have a mini-truck axle to work with but I also think we need another steering solution for the fj80 front axle

-HD knuckle balls
-Front axle housing w/ HD knuckle balls
-Tube/plate front fenders for 84-95 Pickups/4runners
-FJ80 axle high steer
-improved and upgraded knuckle/high steer/king pin for MINI axle
-Gas tank skid plates (especially for '96 newer Toyotas) I think that would be a big winner

WOW this is funny I posted up just a couple weeks ago about a Toy housing and practicly got flamed by all the people telling you that there's allready too many people making these and tried to give me a lesson on ROI.( Rant off )
So I am in for a housing, and YES there is alot of vendors making these but they are all making them for the high speed guys, 3" 3/8 wall tubing stuff that's just way to big for us "rock only" guys, 3" 1/4 wall is just right.

Make them left or right drop, any width and offset, 4cyl and 6cyl bolt, high or low pinion, with or without e-locker in any of these.
There is someone out there making upgraded knuckels right now ( I have had them in my hand to give him feedback ) and they are SWEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!!!! so that might be a market to go after. I know what he is going to ask for a set and it is out of the price range of the everyday wheeler, every comp team will have a set and some weekend wheelers will but it will be out of touch for "Joe public" so making these at a reasonable price so that every "Joe" can put a set on your housing is a good ROI.
Just my 2 cents......Heath.

This is a link to a thread about after market knuckle balls from the toyota section:

http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showt...=knuckle+balls

has a lot of good ideas on what could be added to the knuckle balls to make them better.

I'd like to see an HD Knuckle that isnt a TG.

The HD knuckle balls would be bad ass fo sho!!

Maybe a "medium" duty housing with tubes that are left long for making custom width axles. That would be a great use for your HD knuckle balls!

Whatever you guys come up with, I am use it will be pimp!

Knuckle balls. You guys could corner the market on them since TG hasn't released any info on theirs for a while. It would be a nice seller for all the builders that are cutting up stock housings for the balls.

HD Balls.
Front housing that offers several widths with the HD balls.

BTW: love how your frame link brackets and adj. upper link brackets went together.
Superb product at a good price.

seems like steering for a fj80 axle would have a good market. it is an issue most people don't want to work arround, slee makes a kit but it is $800 http://www.sleeoffroad.com/products/...ering_main.htm

the fj80 axle has good width at 63" at the wms, beefier housing, bigger birfs, longfield makes a aftermarket birf. but everyone is turned away by the lack of steering options.

Top Truss - with link mounts would be good, other than that your just making another truss like marlin or TG
High Steer system with possibility for upgrades to the kingpins - i think the fj80 market would be good as stated above
H.D. Knuckle Balls - would love to see something like this
Complete Axle Housing - diamond and TG already make options but another option would never hurt, i think yall could come up with some beefy housings
Differential Protection - if you could come up with something other than whats available now
U-bolt flip kit - plenty of these on the market already
