The Barnes 4WD Rear Spring relocation Kit can be used on either a TJ or LJ. This kit can be used to locate the upper coil spring in a vertical position or works great when stretching your wheel base. You can still use your factory or aftermarket bump stops with this kit. Welding and cutting will be needed and you will reuse the factory coil spring plate. Like all of our products this kit is laser cut and made in the USA. Kit includes parts for both rear springs!

These mount where stock coil bucket goes or is it adjustable? how many inches can the coil be moved? I cant picture my stock rear at the moment to think about how this would mount.

You could put them in the stock location if you like to get your spring in a vertical position. Or you can move them to the back side of the hump in the frame to stretch you wheelbase if you like. Yes, Most guys just bend up a shock hoop for behind the springs.
