Ok
Breakfast...
Oatmeal with honey and butter, coffee with creamer and milk

Lunch (lite) ham sandwich (2 slices of bread) mayo (serving amount) cheddar cheese sliced from the block.

As far as water goes I have only had one cup,

Exercise so far:
Painted some more, cut back shrubbery along fence line and fought briars.

10:39pm
Ok let's recap. I had a slice of the chedar cheese and some salte'd swuash with onion around 3pm. At 4 I had a cup (small) of coffee with Philip. Around 6 I ran to the store to get a birthday present and fell for a craving and bought a klondik bar. (250 cals)
I don't really feel bad about it but it's something to watch out for.. DAMN those cravings.
Dinner was late again and was thin (1/8" thick) steask grilled, I also had a baked sweet potato.

I need to bump up the water levels some more tomorrow.
Exercise wise, I emptied out the swimming pool (above ground) scrubbed it and refilled it. I also cleaned all the paint brushes and got the scrub brush and washed the bricks on the back side of the house.
I have this huge kink in my back right now that is making me sit funny. I think it's from reaching over my head for the last 3 days painting the awning.
On a good note I picked up a pair of walking shoes. They're reeboks.

I have been painting again since 9am... My shoulders hurt, my thigh's hurt but we have to get the painting done.

I need to find that place that tell you how many cals it was to loose weight. I'm still having sinking spells from the carbs at breakfast, but I think it is something I can get used to. Today's weren't as bad as yesterday's.
Another motivation to loose, my kids informed me they're embarrassed of my size. I had to sit down with them lastnight and explain some things to them. They ate all of my olive oil butter and the 2 lb bag of snacking carrots.
I'm feeling a bit on the depressed side today. IDK why.
My water count is high again. I've already had 3 HUGE cups. The cup I'm drinking out of I think is more than 16 oz.

I think I might have enough room in my cals. to have a huge salad and a half a tuna sandwich for lunch. I'm going to have to double check that though.

Dinner was pulled boiled chicken thighs deskinned and deboned with rice a roni natural wild rice ( I think it was fake though. huge plate of green beans.
I also had a wine cooler. We looked it up to be somewhere between 250 and 300 cals. It's a parrot bay wave runner.

8:30 am-
Ok so I guess I'm going to have to write a different blog for each day.
Today Philip is taking the day off work to paint the side of the house I suppose I'm going to be brought into it some how or another. He's a profectionist, so doubt I'll do it all myself.We're gong to paint the non trim but wood areas the color of joe's house. (refer to the background thread for pics of his house)
I have my eggs boiling on the stove, water for oatmeal going and a good appetite this am. My tummy's grumbling.
So far this am I've had a big mug of coffee with half vanillia coffee mate and half 2% milk.
This bowl of oatmeal looks huge. I did the single serving size of 1/2 cup uncooked oats..
I flavored it with the fletchermanns olive oil butter and before I remembered(was making 5 bowls at once) I added a bit of white sugar. maybe 1/2 tblsp before I remembered no sugar. I stopped myself and added honey instead.
not a bad flavor really.

So we just got back from Lowes. We picked out a nice pale moss color for the house. We all had a huge sinking spell while we were there, but then again I forgot to eat my eggs. I'm still somewhat full, however I'm going to eat the egg and see if it will help with this sinking spell. Lunch will be tuna salad sandwiches.

I like my pail moss side of the house. I have to go back and get another gallon though the hosue is eating up some paint. Lunch was 1 slice of fiber bread by natures own something like 60 cals a slice. with tuna salad.
My tuna salad is 2 giant cans of tuna, 2 tbsp mayo, vidalia onion, green pepper.
So I had that for lunch.. maybe a serving spoon worth on my slice of bread to make half a sandwich. I also reheated the steamed green beans from lastnight and ate those. I just got back in from outside and decided to have a few more bites of the tuna salad sans bread. Water level is high in my body because we're outside climbing ladders and squating and that whole painting with a roller and brush movement.

OMG What a day it's been. I've painted my ass off today. I'm jsut sitting down for dinner.

We had flounder browns, salad with spinish,tomato, onoin cheese shreds, and italian and white vinigar dressing and green peas.
Now the story as to what the fuck a flounder brown is.

I have never cooked it in my life. I pulled out the frozen flounder, and set it to bake like I did the fish lastnight.
Well 20 min later the beeper beeps ding dinner's done.
NOT!
It turned to soup. Aparently flounder has alot of water in it.
I called in for back up. Philip salvaged what he could of the flounder mush tossed it in a skillet and cooked the rest of the water out.
When he served it it looked like hask browns.

It didn't taste too bad..





On a side note, I tried one of my little diet yogurts. It has aspartame in it. Which I've noticed before I'm allergic to.
Well I decided that it was a good time to test my allergy.
Again.. not a good thing.
I started coughing, my lips started itching, and my breathing shallowed while a head ache started up.
So now I'm going to finish my salad and head to bed.

    That sucks about the aspartame!

    But keep it up, you are doing good! I'm sure you burned a lot of calories painting too!
