We are heading back to the old homestead this week. Good bye to the mountains and the mines.

The mines are old and cold, the slopes are covered in white gold. The streets are filled with strangers. The Buck is filled with locals.

The Ego, the Id, the shadow and me. Steam rises from the boiling water like zeppelins rising in a chaotic order of condensed sanity, all armed for war. The battle of entropy, shatters and re-shatters and shapes and molds and destroys the zeppelins into the invisible. The fragile existence of the states of matter, are nothing short of life by vicarious observation. The plasmatic vision shall lance the soul of time. Frozen like the oblivious in the mind of kelvin, poised forever in destruction a...

No time for anything cool really.

Last weekend was the the Telluride Rotary 4x4 tour.

I got to run advance lead on the first run up Black Bear Pass backwards. Up hill from Telluride if verboten the rest of the year as the there is no passing on this trail. This year I drove a full width YJ and it was tight but reasonable on the trails. We saw two moose at the top of the waterfall. It was an awesome trip Thad in the Hulk and Steve in the Barney TJ also ran up with me... Kodos to all, it was a great trip.
