Tom Woods and Six states
Tom Woods wanted me to ship them the whole driveline minus the slip yoke so they could add a new weld-yoke, tube and splines. I was surprised - I had all the dimensions and knew exactly what I wanted. Ian (I think) told me that the way they jig up their drivelines for welding required the whole assembly.
I called six states, told them what I wanted, provided measurements, and was told, "no problem", we'll ship that today or tomorrow. Better for me certainly not having to pay for an extra direction in shipping, or wait the extra day or three.
