Tri-Season has begun
My tri-sports season has officially begun; First Event - 5K.
3/19/11 - Shamrock Scramble 5K - 23:28 (PR)
I ran this same event last year in 25:16, so I was able to shave about 1:45 off of my time from last year.
Came in 13th out of 86 entrants.
Next up, Caesar Rodney 1/2 Marathon. Goal time is 2:10:00. We'll find out this coming Sunday.
