Why do I do these things?

I bought my first motorcycle in '95. I rode that one for a couple years, traded it in on a new Ninja, and rode that for a few years. I was bikeless for 2 or 3 years until 2000 when I was given my granddad's old bike. I rode that for 8 years when I started to get serious about finding a new bike. I found what I thought I wanted, a CB750. It's a '73, and it's got a kickstarter. It's nicer in the way that it is bigger and I can stretch out on it, but it doesn't have the power that I would like, and it rides like a brick. I think it needs new fork tubes and springs, and shocks in the back. I was going to try to buy a new Interceptor, but I have shitty credit and couldn't buy it. A friend of mine told me about a bike he is selling, a 2000 CBR 600. I don't have much in savings and I agreed to buy it, even though I should be spending that money on other things. This will be bike 5.
Now I am more upset at winter. I can't ride and it is one of my favorite things to do. I want to ride my new bike.
