Thumbs up Is it Cage or Slider build time?????

Check these out, just trying to make your day a little easier.....

And how about these!

All designed for the strongest and safest Cage build possible, our tube Flanges are all .25" thick and so are our gussets, and remember, gussets aren't supposed to be all carved up in the middle, kind of defeats the purpose don't you think?

Think RuffStuff on this build and save enough to maybe buy that Atlas! Our prices don't go on sale, they don't have too!

Yes, those are Fat washers.....

A by product from all the things we make. We have them from 3/16's to 3/8's thick and 1.25" to 2" in diameter. Good for making, fixing, reinforcing, lots of things, perhaps the best thing made since, well.....I don't know, most people love them, some people don't know what to think, haven't yey heard a complaint about them......

I wish I woulda bought some of those flanges when I built my EXO cage, that'd been great to have it removeable. One of my friends used those and they worked great!

They are great for Cage uses.....

Crossmembers, Slider Mounts, really a ton of good uses, the square ones are more popular though.....

Most people bolt them in......

Welding is of course stronger but these are great when you have finally bashed your sliders beyond recognition and want to replace them easily. Or bumpers, or cages.....you know, whatever.

Arrow We added a couple of more.....

These 2.0" Square Hole Brackets are very handy for reinforcement of tube placement. If the tube is just welded to the frame it is strong but add one of these and it has some shear protection also. Made for weld on or bolt on use. Available now. Think Shock inboarding and Crossmembers....

They are .25 thick like all of our brackets of this kind, 3/16" just dosen't provide enough surface to weld inside and out.

Yes, Square tubing is much less expensive.....

We are not telling you it is better than 2" round DOM, but it is an inexpensive alternative, just use the .25 wall, in most parts of the country it is less than half the price of 2" .25" wall DOM. Combined with our Shock Brackets and Square Mounting Plates it makes for a very reasonably priced Shock Inboarding Kit. Usually under $50 total price! If DOM is what you really want the total would still be under $100.....

Compare our thickness, compare our variety......

And then compare price.....Always ask how thick is it? Always ask what type of steel is it made out of? Don't settle for less.

Don't just do a butt joint.....

Use a through hole flange and weld it inside and out for real shear protection.....A butt joint makes the weld take the punishment, a through hole flange allows you to weld it inside too, giving you Real Shear strength.

John, you are the first person to ask.....

for square tubing that small. In many parts of the country suare tubing in that samll of a size isn't easy to come by with any wall thickness over .120, and even that can be hard to find. I do make the round flanges that small but square only in 2.0 because of the demand. If more people speak up about that size I might make it, but I do not now, Sorry.

New FJ slider mounting plates!

We are announcing these before the pics are ready because one of my competitors tried to make an end run behind my back on 'em. They bought me out through one of the shops I supply before they were ready however I managed to keep a few for pics and will post them tonite or tommorrow! Heres what you want to know.....

These are .25" thick, Laser cut for the factory mounting holes, with an Oval 1.75" hole cut in them so you can mount the Slider support tubes at a ~15 degree angle. They have rounded edges to eliminate catchpoints and are easy to use.

They come in a set of 8 for all of $38 thin American dollars......Pics tommorrow......You will know who when you see them, these are made in the US and when my competitor is out of the ones they bought behind my back we all know where the copied ones will come from..... I wonder if they can make the boatride without rusting?
