4x Innovations has a wide selection of winch mount bumpers and non-winch mount bumpers for Toyota trucks. These bumpers are being used and abused by many on the trails. Made from DOM where it counts for strength and HREW for supports these bumpers are made to be cost effective, strong but lighter weight, and have a great look, style and feel that can be customized to suit your liking. With our bolt on bracket and options like winch mounts, multiple stinger types, and even free body lift customization (up to 3") you can get what you want for a price you can afford.

Here’s how the options lay out. Start out by selecting the proper bumper base model for your truck, then select if you want it to be a winch mount bumper or a non winch mount bumper. All base bumpers are shipped fully welded ready to bolt and/or weld to your truck. Next select your stinger type if you want one. . We also have a new weld on front frame support to reinforce or replace your weaker stock bumper mounting points.

All bumper are now bolt on including our bolt on bracket! The bracket is a laser cut, CNC formed bracket that comes welded to the bumper so you can bolt the bumper to your stock mounts. It is still listed below for the fabricator who'd like to buy just the bracket.

I do have bumpers in a weld on version for the 94 pick up. I am working on getting the bolt on bracket fit up to the 3rd gen trucks. I hope to have that figured out by the end of this week.

The frame support is a weld on plate that welds to the front of the frame to help strengthen the front frame box and the upright ears our bolt on bumpers bolt to. This kit works with any bolt on bumper that uses the stock bolt on mounts. However the bolt hole alignment hasn't been confirmed yet.

This plate would be a good idea if you are running a weld on bumper. It will give you a thicker, stronger surface to support the bumper from. It's a good idea on the bolt on bumpers to add support to the weak stock frame horns that tend to bend when pulling hard, or if you hit the stinger. Our bolt on brackets are designed to combat this, and add additional support, but it is still recommended to reinforce the front of the frame.

Well then i suppose i'd need to get a quote for a winch bumper with a single bend stinger and the frame support for my 94 SAS P/U.

The winch im running is a warn XD9000i in case you need to know that.

FYI in case anyone else is wondering, these bumpers will fit all winches with the standard mounting pattern (4.5x10 with a 3/8" bolt). Be ware that some winches (the Warn Powerpack for example) may require slight grill modifications. Give me a call if you plan to run a winch like that and don't want to cut the grill, we can always make a bumper to fit!

That I do not know, sorry. I'll have pictures up of the 95.5 bumper soon so maybe you can compare the mounting to see if they are close. From there I can modify pretty much anything else about the bumper.

If you are talking about an 05+ we do not have tube doors that will fit.
