BTF Pro Taper Front Bumper System
Blue Torch FabWorks, Inc will soon have the BTF Pro Taper Front Bumper System on the site for sale. Over the past couple of years we have built a number of Jeeps and buggies with tapered frame rails in the front. We have had a number of people asking for this design in a kit form. BTF has and will always be looking for innovative ideas for the DIY fabricator. We not only make brackets and tabs we also build vehicles in the shop everyday. A lot of what we offer to the public comes from years of experience building vehicles in the shop. If you have a question about this part of any other part please let me know.
We will begin taking PRE-ORDERS on this product very soon. If you are interested in getting on the list please contact me or Jason at the shop. Pricing will follow very soon. We should be ready to ship in roughly 4 weeks. Thanks Dan

you cut the frame off and loose the tube. You will not have room to lower the winch into the bumper. The edge of the motor it right at the edge of the taper.

I have had a few people asking if we provide to attach the grill since the factory cross member will be removed with the install of this kit. We are going to include a tab to bolt the bottom of the grill in place.
If there are any other questions like this be sure to post up. Dan

Hey man that is badass
If I owned a TJ/YJ I'd be all over that. And if that happens in the future, I will be all over that

Dan:
If someone wanted a steering gear, do you think a Ford box (77-79 F-150 and bronco) or Toyota that mounts outside of their narrow frame would work? If there is a chance I'll probably go for it.
